When do you workout?
I normally eat dinner than around 8, after I put my son to bed I workout for an hour. Sometimes I have my snack after but most of the time I go to bed after. What first?
I am doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 & a C25K. I've been doing JM first, followed by the C25K. However I was wondering if I am suppose to reverse it? I'm has some cardio but is mostly strength training, so would it be better to do C25K first to warm up my muscles where it's just cardio? Opinions please and thank you.

New Jams
Hey! I need some new jams to keep me pumping. What's your favorite tunes that pushes you to the max when your about to give up? (I enjoy everything from country, to rock, Swedish rock, pop, Spanish, foreign, etc) I need some jams to keep me rocking.

Snack
What do you have for your snack? I normal have my snack at night because that's always when I want to binge eat, so if I save my snack for night time I don't tend to do that. Also it's normally after I get to workout, so that matters in what I eat too.

Binge
Yesterday was the first day in 45 days I had ice cream, whole eggs, and popcorn and fruit. I went crazy. Part of me thinks I went crazy because I'm missing something in those items in my diet the other part thinks I just lost control. Either way how would I recover from a Binge day? Carbs vs Protein
Hey Folks, I noticed, MFP recommends higher Carbs then Protein. I have been living a high Protein low Carb lifestyle for the past month and dropped 15lbs so far. My carb range has been under 50-60 and Protein about 100-110. Does anyone know why MPF recommends the reverse? Thanks!
