What first?

I am doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 & a C25K. I've been doing JM first, followed by the C25K. However I was wondering if I am suppose to reverse it? I'm has some cardio but is mostly strength training, so would it be better to do C25K first to warm up my muscles where it's just cardio? Opinions please and thank you.

    Which ever you prefer. There's no right or wrong way to do that combo..at least imo
