When do you workout?

I normally eat dinner than around 8, after I put my son to bed I workout for an hour. Sometimes I have my snack after but most of the time I go to bed after. Our schedule is changing, so I'm going to have to work out in the morning now. I was wondering if I do that should I have breakfast before or a "snack breakfast"-something small, hard boiled egg and an apple? Then have a real breakfast after or have a second breakfast? When do you eat in comparison to your workout?

    I eat after my workouts. I workout around 5.45 am (ashtanga yoga) and then again in the afternoon (5.30 pm) a few days a week (swimming/running).

    Check what works for you. When I ran in the morning, especially if more than 7-8K I would have a hardboiled egg or banana beforehand.

    I work out in the mornings. I have an espresso (apparently helps for burning fat) and one glass of my morning vegetable smoothie (with protein powder). I drink another glass right after my workout. I think you need to try it out and see what works best for you.
