Cannot seem to beat my sweet tooth cravings...
I workout hard. I do at least 5 intense bike rides a week averaging at least an hour and half each trip, but cannot seem to stop eating junk food. Is there such thing as working out to much?
It seems like when I do cardio everyday I lose less, but when I slack and only workout 3 times a week I lose more, am I missing something? Am I working out to much? Or is it just my body?

80 to 100 pounds to lose or have lost.

Which type of bike is best for a nice cardio workout
I have been riding daily and started with a cruiser and now I am riding a trek. The trek is working however, its not mine and needs some TLC. I heard that a Giant is a great bike and so is a Trek, just looking for some other opinions.
