UGH! I do bootcamp three days a week...midweek. I stick to my diet plan....then the weekend comes and I eat and drink way too much with friends, don't work out, don't track my food intake and generally feel like a complete loser Monday morning. In addition to adding calories, I have always read alcohol slows down your metabolism? Is this true?
