All on the calf
When I walk of the treadmill I only feel a burn in my calf muscles. I want to also lose weight in my thighs and butt. However I don't feel a burn or anything really, in those areas. Even if I don't feel it does it still help?

Quick question
I have been running every morning. Just wondering if it helps me get a more fit or skinny stomach. Also this might be a weird question, but I have large nipples and does it help them become smaller or flatter. Or should I do other exercises to help that.
