Running/walking in the morning

Hey guys,
Lately I have been walking and a little of running a total of 1 mile every morning. And it's never at the same time in the morning. Like today I woke up at noon because I was up late. And the other day I woke up at 8am. I am going to workout as soon as I wake up. But am I doing this wrong? Is running as soon as I wake up a bad time to do it? I want a slimmer lower body I know you can't spot reduce with running I'm just wondering is there a better time to run that will help my body lose weight quicker

doesnt matter when you do your cardio. some even prefer to do cardio in a fasted state (i.e. first thing in the morning)0

Do whatever suits you best.
I run first thing in the morning and I also usually train fasted because it's what works best for me.0
