Today, August 12, 2014 I am only able to run for five minutes. I signed up for a 5k on October 25. I NEED to be able to run it all, even though it is a run walk, it's my personal challenge to run it. I have a little over two months and I have no idea where to start other than C25k. Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Is there anyone out there with success from carb counting, not calorie counting? I would love to hear your success and it would be awesome if you posted pics also! Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
I started a "sixty day shred" of sorts, alternating BFBM with 30 DS. I can make it through the Shred (I die while I'm doing it, but I still finish) but I can't make it through more than a circuit on BFBM. Am I doing something wrong? Should I alternate the shred with something else? Thanks!

I am currently eating a low carb diet and doing Jillian Michael's 30 DS. Has anyone had success with this? In the past few days I've lost five pounds but I've also been taking Slimquick and ideally would not like to take that for weight loss. Thanks!!

Jogging results?
Everyone says that jogging and interval running is awesome for the core, and on Google it seems to say that also. I was just wondering what it does to your legs, if I should do the elliptical for those and run for my core? Thank you!

Best Cardio Workouts?
Do any of you have a cardio workout that you've lost with and would like to share? I know I must do weights and diet also, and I have my plans for that, but I have NO idea what to do for cardio. I was thinking of mixing Zumba, elliptical, and the treadmill, but I would have no idea what to do for the latter to. Thanks!

Elliptical Weight Loss
Hi there! I've recently suffered a knee injury and my doctor recommended using the elliptical for weight loss instead of running on the treadmill because it's easier on the joints. Does anyone know any routines to do for losing weight, or have any success stories to share? Thanks!
