Jogging results?

Everyone says that jogging and interval running is awesome for the core, and on Google it seems to say that also. I was just wondering what it does to your legs, if I should do the elliptical for those and run for my core?

Thank you!

... What do you mean what it does to your legs? What do you actually want to achieve?

Does it slim down or bulk you legs, or just replace the fat with more muscle?

Your leg mucles get stronger and more defined, and once the fat gets burned off in the leg area you get some very good looking legs.
Plus, when you jog and those mucles get stronger...they burn a little more calories than if you hadnt.

and also...jogging leads to running. running leads to sprinting and HIIT workouts. HIIT workouts lead to some fantastic fat burns!

You are not going see your legs get bulked up by running. You need to to leg specific lifting and exercises to see that.

You definitely will not bulk. Yes you can slim down if you are eating in a deficit and losing fat. You can get some really great looking legs from jogging and running. I know many runners and they look fantastic. Not bulky at all, but have more definition in their calves and thighs.

You cannot bulk if you are in a caloric deficit, and running will not make you lose fat specifically in your legs.

If you want to get good looking legs then might I suggest you add some weight lifting to your exercise regime. Squats, deadlifts, leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls and calf raises are all excellent exercises in order to lose fat from all over your body and can help build strong, "good looking" legs.
