I have never done yoga at all before and have recently purchased this for strength, toning, and calming purposes. It is SO difficult, but I'm hoping it has good results. Does anyone have any they'd like to share? Thanks!

I recently got this but didn't get along with it, found it just hurt my wrists and ankles. Going to give it another whirl at some point though! I love Jillian, doing her shred and 6 week 6 pack alongside each other at the moment!0

You can try DDP yoga. Or else there are endless videos available on Youtube which are suitable for beginners and you can work your way up and the variety allows you to choose what works for your taste, style and need.0

In to say that I love yoga.. and I agree with jiagetsfit, although I've never tried yoga dvds, I've tried a couple of the youtube yoga videos and they're awesome.. I'd have to look through my youtube history to find them again though..0
