Exercise DVDs for tonning what do you recommend???
I'm looking for an exercise DVD that can be done in a small space that does not involve a lot of jumping around. I do not plan to get my cardio workout in with a DVD just toning. What DVDs do you recommend? I'm thinking I would like to focus on abs, arms, thighs, etc.

Help! daily limits for carbs, calories, and fat.
I've been doing a low carb diet this week and 40 minutes of cardio at the gym. I also want to start tracking fat and calories and need to figure out what my daily limits should be. Any suggestions on link that gives the breakdown of what my daily limits should be would be helpful.
