ROKU for fitnes?

Do you have a channel on the ROKU you like for working out?

    there are several great ones on the channel store that are free to add. Also, you can get the youtube channel on your ROKU and then do the fitness videos that are available there. There are a ton!

    Most of the fitness channels for Roku require a paid subscription. I purchased a subscription to PlayOn server for Roku...they have a bunch of add on plugin channels you can install. One of them is called Fitness TV..it's free and it has tons of workout videos..cardio, yoga, pilates, etc.. I pick a different workout daily depending on how much time I have and what I'm in the mood for. I love it. I also use my Roku to do some workouts that are on You Tube.

    I haven't heard of PlayOn. I'll check it out. I had the Daily Burn channel for about a month but noticed there wasn't much variety, maybe I was missing something.
