Baffled by chicken
Tonight, I grilled myself a chicken breast. It was quite a big breast, and weighed in at 13 ounces. I duly logged my raw, boneless, skinless chicken breast and paid the 403 calorie price for it. I know it's verging on the TMI side of things however..... My daily fluid intake used to be between 3 - 6 cups of home ground, really good black coffee, 2 or 3 cups of tea and 1 - 2 cans of diet coke. Since I started on here, 3 weeks ago, I'm down by a cup or two of coffee and have reduced the diet coke by at least half.…

6 oz of pork
So, tonight we're having baked pork. Should be easy to get the calories...... Except that my top loin boneless lean pork chop seems to be anywhere from 210 cals to nearly 500. That's a heck of a difference and is the difference between me being able to have my chocolate tonight and not.
