So, tonight we're having baked pork. Should be easy to get the calories......
Except that my top loin boneless lean pork chop seems to be anywhere from 210 cals to nearly 500. That's a heck of a difference and is the difference between me being able to have my chocolate tonight and not.

You can find a lot of info online about nutrition using Google.
Use this and calculate for your specific cut/weight/toppings/ect.
Also, the packaging should have nutritional info on it as well per serving.0
