Advice Needed
If I am under my calorie goal for the day, and don't feel hungry in the slightest should I ?: A) Still eat up to my calorie goal B) Leave it as it should/could help increase weight loss It may seem a simple question but i'm a bit of a novice still. Thanks in advance. C.

Partner trouble
Has anyone else encountered the weirdness that is their partner making un-supportive comments and almost certainly wanting you to fail ? 'You will never manage', 'why bother?' etc........ Must be some strange syndrome, but the negativity really hurts! However what don't kill you makes you stronger. Craig

Can anyone advise ?
Newbie here. I have an allowance of 1600 Calories a day, and am finding it very easy to stay around the 1000 mark prior to any exercise. Is this a good thing? IE - If i can get by on 1000 should I, or is it better to run at the 1600 level. To complicate matters more I am currently doing light exercise every other day…
