Good morning to you all from a beautiful clear skied Edinburgh, Scotland.
Its the first of the month and here I am to nail this thing.
I spent yesterday putting plans together, and am going to make some serious changes to a number of elements of my life.

I am totally focussed, but am not frightened to seek help and support from others, and in return offer the same.

I am a 48 year old guy (who has been behaving like someone half his age for too long), and need to lose some weight before its too late.

I am off on a family holiday at the end of November - so my first goal is to drop 21 pounds by then.

My second goal is to drop a further 29 pounds by 1st April 2016

And then the prize - to drop a further 22 pounds by January 2017.

That will get me to my 13 1/2 stone target by my 50th birthday and my month long trip to India.

15 months to drop 72 pounds - Its not much over a pound a week :)

Regardless of age or location, if you want regular, honest, support and feel you can offer the same, please send me a friend request.

To anyone reading this - go for it!

Not only can it be done, it will be done because you want t bad enough.
