I'm looking into both and I've heard good things from both, and I know I have people that have tried both on here. So...your experiences please? No comments unless you have actually tried them, or know someone well that has please. And no being negative just for the sake of it either lol.

Anyone have any experience with it? I have tried to lose weight on my own for years...but I always fail. I was doing so well but then...
....my old ways all came crashing back, hard times started to weigh on me more and more and the stress makes it so hard to stick to a diet :[. I keep trying but I can't seem to do well for a full day anymore..and i'm feeling really self loathing because of it...which is of course causing me to want to eat junk even more…

I need some new exercise, suggestions?
I've been going on walks and using Exercise TV and my Jillian Michaels "no more trouble zones" video, but i just don't feel like I'm doing enough in my current workouts. I really wish I could afford a gym membership but I can't =/. So any ideas?

To give yourself a cheat day or not?
Is it ok to allow myself one cheat day per week or not? Even on the cheat day I want to make sure I don't go over 2500 calories, but I was just wondering if it would slow down progress significantly or if it would be too unhealthy?

Keeping the cravings back/ eating right for a picky eater
I have a self proclaimed food addiction, I don't just use it as a crutch, I just love food too much, plus I have the palate of an eight year old unfortunately >_<. So it's been hard for me to stick to a diet when I don't like salads and crave soda and other sweet and fatty foods. How can I remedy this?
