I've been going on walks and using Exercise TV and my Jillian Michaels "no more trouble zones" video, but i just don't feel like I'm doing enough in my current workouts. I really wish I could afford a gym membership but I can't =/. So any ideas?

Try the c25k program.. google it and print off the schedule.. it's free.
then get a good pair of running shoes and hit the bricks.
I began running because I didn't want to go back to our local gym (I didn't like the idea of the membership dues, but there's also a HUGE drug problem there too, and I just didn't want to be involved in that crowd) and I could do it anywhere, anytime, for free. I love it, it's very effective and free.

Intervals... love them because they're short, but they pay off. Whatever you're doing, go as hard as you can for short bursts... start with 30 seconds if you need to... then work up to 2-3 minutes. Rest between intervals by continuing the same activity, but at a moderate pace... so you get your breath back and your heart rate comes back down to a somewhat comfortable rate. Then do it again and again! Start with 10-15 minutes if you need to, then build from there. It's also easy to build a short session of intervals into the middle of what you're already doing without changing your routine too drastically.

I don't get to the gym much, but I have the wii, and I do the Biggest Loser Challenge on the wii 4 times a week! This combined with the Leslie Samsung Walking on Exercise TV seems to be working ok for me. Also, if you are into dancing, Just Dance for the Wii is super fun and burns a lot of calories! Exercise TV on demand also has all kinds of workouts like kick boxing and belly dancing which I also love! If I do one of those, I try to do 2 of them because most of them are only 20 minutes or so. Hope this helps!

I went to the used exercise equip store and bought a manual treadmill. It is small and doesn't take up much room and was cheap, cheap!! Now i won't let myself watch TV unless I am walking. You can try the consignment stores too!

Well, one suggestion would be if you're currently going on walks and feel the need to do more, bump it up to jogs/runs. HIIT routines for cardio are great because there's never a limit to how much you can push yourself. Even as your level of fitness increases, you still are able to perform to your maximum effort each time.

This, and the related articles, may help you:
