Hi, I'm trying to lose weight, yet again @_@, and I could use a little help with my shopping list. I'm a pretty big picky eater, not really into any condiments or dressings or seafood and salad has been hard for me to get into lol. I also do not currently have an oven and I'm on a pretty tight budget because I work a minimum wage job at only ten hours a week. So if anyone could help me work with those factors and send me maybe some sample shopping lists and/or simple recipes it'd be much appreciated :].

  • do you like vietnamese food?? Mama rice noodle packs are my go to food. (not the ichiban kind, only rice noodles)
Add in anything you DO like. Can even just use hot water from a kettle-so very
portable too. I add cooked chicken and veggies and usually can keep it to about 312 cals.
    VERY easy.
    What do you think?>
good luck even if this wasnt a hit for you.

I like those little sandwich rounds for sandwiches and smoked turkey breast and some kind of steamed veggie for lunch. Also the frozen Healthy Choice and Smart ones are good. You just have to watch out for the sodium in them. Watch for coupons on the frozen meals. :)

Thanks, those are all things I think I could easily get by on :]
