I calculated my TDEE less 20% to be 1510 calories a day. I have hypothyroid. Do I need to reduce that number some to account for this? MFP has me set at 1200 but I feel that is too few calories.
What macros ratio seems to work the best? My endo said low carb and gluten free is probably my best bet. How low is low carb?
