I started a 6 week challenge at a local Crossfit gym that includes converting to a Paleo diet. Today is day one and boy did I not bring enough food to work to substitute my yogurt and granola snack. Cross fit
I am looking for information about cross fit. How long are the WODs? How many days a week or how many a day? Do you need to do other exercises to supplement cross fit? I do not want to know if you think I should or should not participate in cross fit. I can determine that on my own.

Obstical Races
On Monday Oct 4 I started running in plans to compete in a few mini marathons, a lot of 5Ks and a few obstacle races in 2012. Interested in finding training tips. I plan on running at least 3 mornings a week plus do a couple Body Pump and Body Attack Classes. I realize Obstacle is spelled wrong for the title!

Anything But Yogurt and Granola
For breakfast I generally have yogurt with frozen fruit mixed with some granola. For a snack during the day I generally have some yogurt and a granola bar. Any suggestions for different snacks for the day. I crave Salts more than sweets but try not to eat a ton of unwanted carbs.
