is it bad that i ALWAYS go over my protein limit on my diet? according to my MFP food log, by the time i eat lunch my protein is way over. im doing strength training during my workouts so i need protein, but am i eating too much? and for dinner i usually eat chicken or fish which makes it even more over. is that bad?

im actually starting tonight and i was wondering what would be the best and most effective way of doing it... 5 days a week for 6 weeks, 6 days a week for 5 weeks, or the full 30 days with no breaks?
