is it bad that i ALWAYS go over my protein limit on my diet? according to my MFP food log, by the time i eat lunch my protein is way over. im doing strength training during my workouts so i need protein, but am i eating too much? and for dinner i usually eat chicken or fish which makes it even more over. is that bad?
