30 day shred

im actually starting tonight and i was wondering what would be the best and most effective way of doing it...
5 days a week for 6 weeks, 6 days a week for 5 weeks, or the full 30 days with no breaks?

    I did 5 days a week for 6 weeks.

    I am doing it every day. Since it is only 20 minutes a day I do not see a need for a rest day. I lost 9 inches in the the first 10 days. The second 10 do not feel like I am losing as much but I will not measure until Saturday before I start the last 10 days.

    30 days straight! You can do it!

    I'm half way through, and whenever I miss a day for whatever reason, I just do 2 sessions another day to make up for it! It's only 20 minutes, after all ;-)

    I didn't do it 30 days straight; it took me about 6 weeks to complete it. I lost a total of almost 10 inches (all over) and I lose about 11.6 lbs. You can do it!!!

    I did it everyday for the full 30 days & surprisingly it wasn't too hard to make it through the full 30 days.
