gas from high protein diet
My main goal is to increase musle mass, so I've been shooting for 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. The effects have been pretty foul to say the least! I have a bad chronic, recurring pain where the rhomboid muscle meets trapezius and latismus dorsi. I think it's from bad posture, but I don't know. Has anyone had similar issues, and what did you do?

Is it a reasonable goal to maintain muscle mass while focusing on losing fat? What about losing fat AND gaining muscle mass? I ask because the consensus seems to be that I will put on fat as I build muscle mass and I will lose muscle mass if I focus on losing fat. I lift weights approximately five times per week I usually…
