1) We are taught that eating too few of calories will result in "starvation" mode and our body will hold onto weight. Weight loss is not linear; Is fat loss?
Just curious. Weight loss I presume is not linear due to the body holding water, etc. However, thermodynamics dictates that if you burn more energy than you consume you should constantly be using your fat stores to sustain. Correct? Therefore, even though the scale is not linear, fat loss should be, right?

Whats a good TDEE for my height and weight?
What calculator does everyone use? I've used 3 different ones via google searches and have yielded 3 different numbers. Including MFP's number seems high as well. I am 5 foot 11 inches and 365 pounds. MFP gives me 3750, another gives me 2900 and another 3400. Thoughts?

I thought the "eat more food" people were crazy
Because it just doesn't make sense to me. However, I've been eating more the last 4 days and have been losing each day. Maybe my body is simply releasing water now, or maybe it's just a coincidence. But I'm going to keep doing it as long as the weight is coming off.

Calories in chicken parm?
I'm so bad at this. Wife made 5 oz chicken breasts, coated them in egg, then flour, then baked them soaked in tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese. Any guess as to what one of the 5oz pieces would come out to? The MFP database and google all range with answers from 200 calories to 600.
