Feel free to link where I said anything anyone wrote was wrong...

I'm not sure what youre trying to say here. I attacked the notion of members acting as moderators. I never asked that question. But I did find that other people were talking about it. Still not sure what that has to do with anything, but OK.

Thank you. Much appreciated.

Look who claimed that his time was wasted and YET came back to willfully waste more of his time. Your body looks damn good though - so I respect ya.

Most threads are a couple pages long. For you to expect someone to read every post of a thread that goes over 20 pages or else call them a troll is ridiculous. But whatever - I've never been much for the made up internet nicknames anyway.
-
Show where I fought the answer....
-
I was never not honest. I said I never asked that question. Which YOU said I did. Who was being dishonest again? Secondly, do you read all 25 pages of a thread? Maybe you do. I don't. It wasn't until someone in this very thread said that it was talked about in another thread I started that I went back and had to dig into…
-
LOL. I love these typical response to any one of these threads. Person A posts video/article/study whether it be right or wrong Person B talks about it's not interesting and then claims they are going to eat something that goes against what the video/article/study says.
-
Would you suggest removing some things? Or simply not doing the HIIT?
-
Go ahead and show where I asked this question and it was answered... I'll wait. I started a thread once, where 15 pages into it it may have devolved into this discussion -- but I did not ask it.

On your keyboard, there is a down arrow. And on many computer mouses, there is a scroll bottom. All you have to do is simple press down firmly and repeatedly on the down button or scroll lightly on the mouse to move past my thread on the thread list and move on with your life. Voila - waste of time diminished.
-
So your upset because I ask questions ... I see. Didn't mean to hurt your delicate sensibilities.
-
WTF are you talking about? Where did I choose to remain ignorant ... and when was I EVER ignorant? I simply said that I lost weight very quickly eating a low amount of carbs and when I switched to just CICO it slowed down. I THEN said it could have been a coincidence and I'm just trying to figure out why it happened. So…
-
That's why I stopped doing it. I was CRAVING carbs and that always led to bad things. I would love to get just SOME of the success I had on low carb with CICO though.
-
Trying to figure out WHY. It could simply be a cycle I'm in. I may have hit a pleateu with low carb as well. Why are you getting offended? Because I lost more while eating less carbs?
-
I don't know all the scientific stuff. But I do know that when I did low carb the weight fell off me consistently. Now it's barely moving. And since I know someone's going to ask - I weigh everything with a food scale.

Bump

Yeah thats what I was thinking. Even though they're smaller peaks, they're so often it may not leave the body much time to get into a dip before its fed more and peaks again.
-
I gotta be honest, all I hear is "Blah, blah, blah". If you don't like that I asked a question that relates in some way to something I asked in the past, then I really don't care. I find it ridiculous that people take the time to moderate the forum. There are moderators for this reason. Feel free to ignore my threads. Or…
-
I've always been a little confused by the peaks and valleys. If I eat 10 small meals a day, even though in a calorie defecit, won't I consistently be in a peak because I'm eating very often and the body doesn't have much time to go into a valley?
-
I don't recall ever asking this question in that thread. That thread did get very, very long and someone else may have brought it up.
-
I also have a little home gym. Would you mind sharing what your workout is?
-
Gotcha. Yeah it's definitely slowed down, almost in half, since just counting calories and IIFYM. I wonder if this is why IF helps?
-
It's incredibly clear that the majority of people who replied to this thread didn't actually read the entirety of the original post. Never did I say that it was healthy, or smart, or the right thing to do. I simply pointed out results that happened that seem to contradict what we are told would NOT happen. But hey, flame…
-
I laughed. But yeah, real people losing real weight albeit in an unhealthy way, is definitely comparable to dragons and gods and so forth. You got me.
-
Interesting thoughts. Not sure I agree, but interesting none the less...
-
You're pretty damn hot so I have nothing negative to see in response.
-
Good stuff. I appreciate you actually commenting on the points!

That guy again.
