Finally the scale moved to lighter!
I've been tracking my food for about 3wks. Finally down 2lbs. It doesn't sound like much but I'll take it ! ( seriously thought there was something wrong with me!)

Fat burn
Is anyone getting bombarded with adds for fat burn or Swanson calorie mate on their screen? This is day 12 for me . I have increased my workouts going to an extra class at the gym . I gained 2 lbs this week.! I am going to see my doctor as this is weird. I am at my heaviest. It really bothers me!

The Weight Scale
Good morning! This is day 11 of MFP. My weight is still the same! Thinking of eating less calories. Do you think this would be a good idea? Craving bread & butter (not just one slice of bread) Does anyone have any suggestions? I feel like giving up.

Lose a pound!
I began the MFP 5 days ago. I increased the exercise & have been pretty good at logging my food. My weight stayed the same. Feeling frustrated!

Welcome to mfp!
This is day 4 for me. I remind myself just 1 day at a time. It's good to try new ways with the food you are already eating. I like to read the recipes members send in- thankyou. I like simple changes and I will try not to be impatient with my long term goals of weight loss.

:smile: I think I can follow my goal this time! I've tried many diets ( weight watcher's, herbal magic, high protein with very little carbs...) I like the way your calories are calculated as soon as you make a food entry. Also when you exercise you feel rewarded! I feel confident I can reach towards my goal!:smile:
