Lose a pound!

I began the MFP 5 days ago. I increased the exercise & have been pretty good at logging my food. My weight stayed the same. Feeling frustrated!

    It's only been 5 days, give it more time. You didn't gain all the weight in 5 days, don't expect to lose it in 5, either.
