:smile: I think I can follow my goal this time! I've tried many diets ( weight watcher's, herbal magic, high protein with very little carbs...) I like the way your calories are calculated as soon as you make a food entry. Also when you exercise you feel rewarded! I feel confident I can reach towards my goal!:smile:

    I'm happy for you. I hope I can maintain also my goal. I'm a newbie in this forum and I get motivated by the stories of the other members of how they are able to achieve their goals. :)
