crockpot recipes?
I'm interested in starting to cook with a crockpot. However, I don't have a lot of recipes...actually, I don't have any. I'm a fairly picky eater, but was wondering if anyone had any healthy crockpot recipes to share. If I had ideas, I could omit ingredients that I didn't care for and adjust as I felt was necessary.

food amounts
Ok, so this has probably been covered a million times, but I just can't seem to find it. When weighing foods, do you weigh it before or after it's cooked. For example, a raw chicken breast weighs more than a cooked one. And with noodles, do you weigh your serving before or after it's cooked? Thanks for the help!

I lost a 1st grader!
