OK, so I've been cruising along fairly well with this program.((Realized I shouldn't say cruising, because it's actually been a lot of blood, sweat and tears.)) It's actually the first time I've actually made a considerable difference in my weight. However, in the past month, I've only lost .2 pounds.....I'm so frustrated. I'm eating decent for the most part and I work out almost every day. Does anyone have any suggestions to get past this slump I'm in. If this continues much longer, I won't hit my 100 pounds in a year goal, and that discourages me.
My diary should be open, but there are some days that I didn't get my logging done. Not because I ate poorly, but because I was sick and didn't actually eat anything.

Hey there my sweet friend. I know how you feel. I too have been struggling for the last month in spite of my efforts I have actually gained weight. It’s very frustrating and makes me want to wash my hands of this BUT in also know that the only way I fail is if I give up and I am not a quitter so I plan to fight back.

I don't know that I have the exact answers because if I did, I wouldn't be stuck too....but I am going to try....

What I will say is, you have some a very long way and you look amazing. You have accomplished so much in such a short period of time and maybe you have just hit a plateau. just look at your stats! Maybe you need to Google how to" zig zag" your calories and possibly change up the exercise routine. They say the body can become accustomed to your routine very quickly and at that point...its time to change it up and trick the body.

    We can do this!!!!

I agree! The plateaus can be SO FRUSTRATING! But you'll break through it eventually. One thing that helps me (sometimes anyway) is to completely put a fork in my routine. Eat something really different, or try something new. For example, sometimes I'll eat a really large meal for breakfast or lunch and then a tiny light dinner and switch up my meals like that for a few days and it helps. Good luck!

i hit one pretty hard...was going along and hit it at 205. was there for about a month. i still continued to run 6days a week, was under my cal. goal with no movement...

at the time i was doing no weight training...well after a lot of reading and education, i introduced weight training and reduced my running to only 30min instead of the 60. the weight plateau has been destroyed...im now 200 and going down. i just make sure to mix up my routine everyday...so that my body doesnt get used to the same ol thing everyday...

i still run, im addicted to it...and honestly i dont feel mentally that i get a good workout unless i run.

hope some of this helps...because i know how frustrating it was.
