MY 10/2/1 method
Bought myself a fitbit the other day and really like it. I synced it with MFP and it worked well. Now I have implemented the 10/2/1 plan everyday. 10,000 steps 2,000 calories 1 gallon of water I know if I can reach each of these targets, I will lose weight effectively. Typing here keeps me focused
I am about to go grab lunch and decided that if I log onto this site first, it will put me in the right state of mind going out to eat. Short Term Attainable Goals
If you wanted to loose 50 lbs and I told you you can do it in six months would you love it? I would. The key is don't look at as losing 50 lbs.
