If you wanted to loose 50 lbs and I told you you can do it in six months would you love it? I would. The key is don't look at as losing 50 lbs. Instead look at it as short term goals. 2 pounds a week is 50 lbs in six months. 2 pounds means buring 7000 more calories a week than you use. That is 1000 calories a day. The human body will normally burn 2800 to 3200 without excerise. Add that in and you can see how this can be done. Eat smart! We can do this together
