MY 10/2/1 method

Bought myself a fitbit the other day and really like it. I synced it with MFP and it worked well. Now I have implemented the 10/2/1 plan everyday.

10,000 steps
2,000 calories
1 gallon of water

I know if I can reach each of these targets, I will lose weight effectively. Good luck to everyone and fight the good fight
