And so it begins.... again

Here I am starting the program again. I am doing it differently this time and hope it sticks. The first major change is I am not looking at big weight loss goals, but rather small ones. Focus on the next 5lbs and not the 100 lbs that is my ultimate goal. Secondly, I am using a Fitbit to monitor my exercise and steps taken. Lastly, I am not going on a special diet. I went grocery shopping yesterday and spent most of my money on produce and chicken / lean meats. I built out a menu for the entire week and so I don't anticipate going hungry while still eating healthy. Like my MFP screen name suggest, its all about Taking it Day by Day. Looking forward to sharing my results along the way and meeting wonderful people as well. Thanks!
