With my crazy schedule I have been using You Tube for my workouts at home . I love Hip Hop dance and Zumba. Has anyone come across some workouts you enjoy on You Tube? Looking to expand my playlist. Thanks!

Fitbit help
I just got a Fitbit yesterday. MFP shows that it is connected with my Fitbit app, however MFP shows I walked 0 steps today. My Fitbit shows over 5,000. Will my steps show when I complete my dairy for the day? Not sure how this works. Thanks in advanced for any help or insight.

Help! I hit a plateau! Lost the first ten pounds rather quickly and haven't lost anything in about 3 weeks. What are somethings you have done to get over a plateau!

Ideas needed for a quick healthy lunch
Help! I am a kindergarten teacher going to back to work next week. My lunch break is about 20 minutes. Over the years I have been eating those microwave lean meals that I know are not really that healthy. I need some ideas for lunches that are healthy, high in protein, and quick.
