Hi all, MFP set me at 1220 cals a day. I'm 5'44 and weight 145.5 lbs. I'm doing 30 DS. Just started L03. Hi, I'm from Portugal, and i joined last Thursday. I installed the application in my phone, and it really helps me track what i ate. I love the detail "end of the day summary", that tells you if you continue like this, you will have weight indicator in 5 weeks :) I'm loving it!
