How many lbs equals a dress size?
how many pounds would you have to lose in order to go down a clothing size. i know its different for everyone but just a general idea would be nice to know. thanks!

30 day shred. any takers?
I just bought a copy of 30 day shred and my goal is to do it through the month of july. Is anyone else starting it this month? I hope a group of us can do it and hold each other accountable to keep up with it and make it as fun as possible. Post on here or friend me if anyone is interested. :)

when do you log your exercise?
my schedule is a little off so i just want to know..... if i work out before i go to sleep but its after midnight -- do i log it for the day i have been logging so far or put it towards the next day (the day it technically is)? thanks!

modifying 30 day shred
I recently started 30 day shred and it is really aggravating an old ankle injury so much so that i cant do it today and it has been aching since I started it. Workout program for newbies
So I have been on this site for a month now and have been happy with my loss (mostly from dieting) but I really want to start working out but have NO idea what to do to start out. Anyone have any ideas for someone who is fairly new to having a workout regimen? Thanks!

Is napping okay?
If I am eating well and exercising a fair amount -- is okay to take a nap? Or is it better to keep your body up and alert during the whole course of the day? Does taking a nap interfere with calorie burning?

How do you keep your energy up?
I don't know if is the dieting or cutting out coffee or soda's - i caved and had a little yesterday -- but whatever it is , today I can not seem to keep going. What to eat for dinner?
I had a terribly busy day and did not have a chance to make anything to bring with me for dinner tonight at work (work 2nd shift) and I have no clue what to eat.
