Running NSV!!!
I just ran 2 miles straight!!! When I first started running back in May I couldn't even run 2 min. And today was a huge victory for me because I was a self proclaim running hater when I started. : )

I saw a friend today that I hadn't seen since I lost my 23lbs. She said as I saw her "oh my goodness I almost didn't recognize you! You look amazing! Makes me want to keep working toward my goals and not just be happy with where I'm at. : )

Last week of a Biggest Loser Competition
Any advice for the last week of my Biggest Loser Competition? I'm trying to drop a few more lbs before the end. Should I work out more? Eat less? Just looking for anything that could help push me a little further. Thanks!!!!

Plateau
What do you all do when you hit a plateau? Workout more? Eat less? Eat more? I just don't know what to do. I am doing a Biggest loser competition and have just two and a half weeks left and have hit a plateau. I'm really trying to lose some more lbs before the end of the competition.
