How much water do you drink in a day? Before lunch I had drank 80oz.. I hope I'm not drinking too much.

I don't understand
Ok, I don't understand how I can eat right on plan and exercise 4 days a week and I only lose .5lb in 1 week. That doesn't make sense to me. Does anyone have any idea? I appreciate your help and feedback. Thanks, Mary

Ok, I am always way over my sugars. I'm sure it's because I eat a lot of fruits. Can anyone give me some suggestions on low sugar snack items. Concerned...
I'm so new to all of this. I'm concerned that now that I'm exercising that I'm eating too less of calories and I won't lose weight. Of course saying that I have lost 6 pounds. Ok, here is my question. My calorie intake each day is supposed to be 1600. Today is my 1st real day of eating right. I bought foods that are whole grains and are light in fat. I'm not sure how I"m going to get 1600 calories in a day. Are there any tricks that you could share? Thanks! Mary
