Do you take supplements? If you do what kind?

    I take a women's daily multivitamin because I know I don't get proper B12 or vitamin D.

    Vitamin D 10000iu...found that many many people are Vit d deficient. I actually was taking like 6k for about 6 months and when my blood was tested found that I was just 7ngl over being deficient...should be 50ngl to 90mgls for optimum health, but was merely 37ngls...30ngl is what my dr says is defiecient. Studies have shown link between obesity and low levels of vitamin D...will help you lose weight

    Alive Multivitamin w/ iron
    CLA 1300 - for fat burning
    Krill oil 500mg

    I take a few more, but those are most important I believe when you are starting out. If you have allergies 5k mg of MSM will knock that out.

    Those that I have taken and currently take have been through a lot of studying and trial to see what works for me. Everyone is different. What is it that you want to achieve?
