I don't understand

Ok, I don't understand how I can eat right on plan and exercise 4 days a week and I only lose .5lb in 1 week. That doesn't make sense to me. Does anyone have any idea? I appreciate your help and feedback.

Water weight...could be a number of things. You have done great, lost 60 lbs! You still posted a loss! I know weight loss slows down once you lose a lot. Maybe take a week off or add some calories if you are only eating 1200. Sounds counterintuitive, I know, but it worked for me once a long, long time ago when I weighed 70 lbs less than I do now. I just didn't realize that adding 2000 calories a day was not the best approach.0
