Well, I joined mfp and followed the plan for about 2 weeks when July 4th came.....Me and my boyfriend threw a huge keg party and smoked pork shoulders.....there was tons of food leftover!! So ever since July 4th I have been off the "wagon".....i couldn't get motivated and just kept eating and eating...I just didnt have it…

my weight loss on my profile???!!!
So, I weighed in and lost 5 1/2 pounds this last week!! soooooooooo happy! anyways, when i go to my profile...the weight lost isn't showing up on the thing-a ma- jigger that shows how much you have lost......what am i doing wrong?? i want it to show up...i earned it yo! :)

I got out there and did it!!!
So it has been a long FIRST week!!....had a few mess-ups....but over-all think I have done well. I didnt get to weigh today...but plan to in the morning!! Ok.....so today I went to a local deli spot and got a super delicious sandwich.....well, I have NO way of getting nutritional value on the sandwich. So what do you do in this case....when you want to log-in what you ate....but have NO idea what the value is???.........Let me know :)

exercising RN...what to do?what to do?
OK...........I am a RN (nurse) and work 3-4 twelve hour shifts a week. must be at work at 630am.:yawn: ...I am not a morning person...its hard for me to wake up and get going. Cardio....or weights ??
......I want to lose about 50 pounds! if I am going to workout 3 or 4 days a week.....what should I focus more on??? cardio or strength training?? whats going to give me the best weight loss and toning results?? how much strength training is neccessary?.....i love treadmill and elliptical.....anyone with advice??? :)

Its been a long 2 days
SO, I just started my new diet on monday...so this is the end of day 2! I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts.....by the end of my shift I am exhausted and hungry!!
