how to post and paste the weight loss tickers

ok....i might sound stupid here....but i made a weight loss ticker.....how do you paste it or have it on display for your myfitnesspal home page??? can you only see it if you paste it on your blog??? it wld just be nice to see it when i log onto mfp......anyone know??? i am computer illiterate
