I got a BMR of 1281 and TDEE of 1874. Is 1874 the number of calories I'm supposed to eat to lose weight? I used iffym.com get these numbers. I'm 5'3", cw 160LBS, and with my body measurements I got 42.3% body fat using http://www.fat2fittools.com/tools/mbf/
