Measuring the body

Ok, I've been reading on other posts that when you don't see any changes on the scale, the best thing to do is to do body measurements cuz that's where you'll see other results. So I was wondering what body parts do you measure and how often do you do the measurements?

Waist, hips, leg, calf, arm. Be consistent with where you measure and do it monthly or bi-weekly if you hit a plateau. Best of luck.0

Just to add in, I like measuring two spots on my waist- my actual waist and the largest part of my abdomen. Nice to see the belly (slowly) disappear.0

Make sure to measure in the same spot using the same amount of tension. It's harder to measure yourself than someone else, so maybe get someone to measure for you.0

It was lovely to discover I'm an inch smaller than 2 weeks ago. Though I just started actually logging it.0

I measure neck, both upper arms, neck, bust, waist (near the navel), hips/bum, both thighs. I weigh weekly, but only measure monthly.0
