weight loss zone versus cardio zone
So when I workout on the machines at the gym they have the little graph that tells you where your heart rate should be for weight loss. What is up with that? Can someone please explain to me the advantages to keeping your heart rated down in the "weight loss" zone as opposed to working out in the "cardio" zone?
