hi, just a quick question. I took photos of me at my start weight, iv now taken photos after a loss of 5.1kg. my question is "how often should i take photos?" should i take them every so many weeks OR should i pick a number (say 5kg) and take photos each time i loose said amount of weight?? what do you do??
