go to check in and add your latest weight whenever you like. then when you check in reports, it shows your weight progress.
i didn't know you could jog on the wii. is it like regular jogging, more or less?0 -
it baisically jogging on the spot but you do it at your own pace like you would any jogging.
it has a short course and a long course, or on plus there is free running where ya set the time you want to run for (i think there is 10mins, 20mins and 30mins)
i actually really like it, im going to start c25k (soon) as really want to get in to running properly but really dont have the confidence to do it out in the street yet, so i keep walks for outside and jogging on the wii inside with the hope that the better i get at it and the more weight i loose i will find the confidence to go out and do it on the street.0
